Our 200-hour shock service is a complete factory-level overhaul designed to bring your rear suspension back to peak performance. This in-depth service goes beyond the air can, focusing on the internal damper and air spring (or coil) to restore smooth function, consistent rebound, and full control on every ride.

Service Includes:

• Full disassembly of the shock

• Complete air can service with new seals and fresh suspension grease

• Damper teardown, rebuild, and bleed with all new internal seals and fluid

• Nitrogen recharge (if required by shock model)

• Inspection of internal wear, shaft condition, and bushings

• Reassembly to factory specifications with final performance check

Recommended every 200 riding hours or at least once per season to keep your shock performing like new.
