Ready to give your suspension a full reset? Our 200-hour fork service is a comprehensive, factory-level overhaul designed to restore your fork’s performance to like-new condition. This deep service includes everything from the 50-hour service, plus a complete rebuild of the damper and air spring systems.

Service Includes:

• Complete lower leg service with fresh bath oil and foam rings

• Replacement of dust wiper seals

• Full damper removal, teardown, rebuild, and bleed with new seals and fresh damper fluid

• Air spring disassembly, inspection, and rebuild with new seals and grease

• Inspection of CSU (crown/steerer/upper assembly) and bushings

• Reassembly and performance check with all bolts torqued to manufacturer spec

Recommended every 200 riding hours or at least once per season for optimal performance and longevity.
